Atlantic International Corp. Service Limited (AICSL) invites applications for the post of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

 

Major Duties:
Coordinate an organized agenda for the Manager such as scheduling appointments and meetings.
Prepare/type all correspondence, reports, etc. as requested by Manager.
Manage an organized and efficient filing/mailing system for all clients/ company’s records.
Day to day management and maintenance of the company.
Identify and actively market all products and services of AICSL.
Assist Corporate Officer with corporate matters.
Any other duties assigned.

 

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other business related field

 

Knowledge and Skills:
Must be Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) with excellent organizational, time management, interpersonal skills and works well under stressful conditions.
Knowledge of computer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and Internet Browsers.
Strong organizational skills (can prioritize and multi task).
